Travel

All attendees should plan to ride one of the provided shuttles to and from Sunriver Resort. While not required, we strongly recommend taking advantage of the provided shuttles as it offers a safe and efficient travel option.

Note, the drive from Portland to Sunriver is 180 miles and 3 1/2 hours depending on road/weather conditions.

To Sunriver

From Corporate HQ 
On Monday, January 27, your shuttle will depart HQ at the time indicated on your final confirmation email. Please plan to park in the HQ Parking Garage.

12:00 PM HQ Shuttle, please plan to eat lunch at HQ before boarding the shuttle to Sunriver. 

There will be a brief 10-minute break at a rest stop to use the facilities and stretch your legs. 

From Redmond Municipal Airport (RDM)
On Monday, January 27, your shuttle will depart RDM at the time indicated on your final confirmation email.

Upon arrival to RDM, proceed to Baggage Claim, collect your luggage and depart out the doors to the front of the airport terminal. There, you will find shuttles with Daimler Truck identification. If you encounter any problems with ground transportation, please reach out to Kyra Cook, 503.502.3906. 

Driving Self to/from Sunriver Resort
Complimentary parking is available in the lot directly in front of the Main Lodge.

From Sunriver

To Corporate HQ
On Thursday, January 30, unless otherwise noted, your shuttle from Sunriver Resort to Corporate HQ will depart from the Main Lodge at the time indicated on your final confirmation email.

There will be a brief 10-minute break at a rest stop to use the facilities and stretch your legs. 

To Redmond Municipal Airport (RDM)
On Thursday, January 30, unless otherwise noted, your shuttle from Sunriver Resort to RDM will depart from the Main Lodge at the time indicated on your final confirmation email.
