Ride & Drive

Two optional ride and drive sessions are available at the High Desert Proving Grounds (Madras, OR) on arrival day, Monday, January 27.

Depending on the session chosen, there will be 2 or 3 activities attendees can engage in: self-drive around the track, ride along the durability track, and participate in an active safety demo.

Sessions

The ride and drives are weather dependent. Should conditions become unfavorable, we will notify session attendees.

Both sessions are currently at capacity. If you need to make adjustments to your Ride & Drive schedule, please notify the event team at LCAM@DaimlerTruck.com.

Ride & Drive Ground Transportation

Shuttles for the optional Ride & Drive are available from Portland only. If you fly into Redmond Municipal Airport and wish to join the Ride & Drive, you will be responsible for your own ground transportation, unless otherwise arranged. Parking at the High Desert Proving Grounds is minimal.

The drive to the High Desert Proving Grounds from Portland takes about 3 hours, assuming no inclement weather.

To Madras Proving Grounds

From Corporate HQ 
On Monday, January 27, your shuttle will depart Corporate HQ at the time indicated on your final confirmation email. Please plan to park in the HQ Parking Garage.
