How do I make changes to my hotel room?

Email the event team at LCAM@DaimlerTruck.com if you need to make changes to your hotel accommodations. Please DO NOT contact the hotel directly.

I’m arriving early or departing late from the hotel. Can I extend my reservation?

Hotel rooms before and after the event are available on a limited basis. These will be based on the hotel’s current availability and may have a different nightly rate. During registration, please indicate if you will need a sleeping room outside of the event dates.

I’m flying in/out of Portland or Redmond for this event. Is transportation provided to/from the airport?

Yes, shuttle options are available. Visit the Travel tab for more details.

Ground transportation schedules will be based upon attendee’s registration details. Review your final confirmation email for your specific transportation information.

Transportation for the Ride & Drive is only provided from Portland.

I’m local to Portland, will there be transportation provided?

Yes. Ground transportation will be provided from Portland Monday, January 27, to the optional Ride & Drive and Sunriver Resort. Return transportation will be available on Thursday, January 30 from Sunriver Resort back to Portland. Visit the Travel tab for more details.

What time do I need to arrive, and what time do I leave?

On Monday, January 27, your arrival time to Portland will depend if you participate in the optional Ride & Drive. Visit the Travel tab for more details.

The Leadership Circle Annual Meeting begins Monday, January 27 with a 5:30 PM reception at Sunriver Resort. Visit the Agenda tab for more details.

Shuttles will be available Thursday, January 30 to return to Portland or the Redmond airport following the event. Visit the Travel tab for more details.

For departure flights from Portland International Airport (PDX), please keep in mind the travel time from Sunriver Resort back to PDX is approximately 3 hours drive, assuming no inclement weather. The first shuttle will leave Sunriver Resort no earlier than 5:00 AM on Thursday, January 30th. Please book your flight time accordingly.

Am I required to take a shuttle? Can I drive myself?

We strongly recommend attendees ride a provided shuttle for safety and efficiency.

What is the attire for the meeting?

The suggested attire is business casual.

While the meeting content will be indoors, there will be some brief outdoor travel between buildings. Please review the weather ahead of time and pack accordingly; Sunriver can be cold and snowy in January.

  • Warm, business casual, clothes
  • Sunglasses
  • Water bottle
  • Recommend no high heels or open toe shoes

I saw there are optional headshots. What do you recommend as appropriate attire?

Optional headshots will be available during registration on Monday, and during breakfast and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday. It is recommended to wear business attire with no prints or patterns.
